Abstract
150–300 words. Must include: objective, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. Should be a concise, self-contained summary readable independently of the full paper.
Keywords
4–6 keywords. Choose specific, searchable terms that accurately reflect the content. Avoid overly broad or generic terms that don’t differentiate your work.
Structure
Recommended Manuscript Structure
Introduction: Background, research gap, objectives, and significance of the study.
Literature Review: Critical survey of relevant prior work with gaps identified.
Methodology: Research design, data collection, and analysis methods described clearly and concisely.
Results & Discussion: Findings with interpretation and comparison to existing literature.
Conclusion: Summary of contributions, limitations, and future research directions.
References: Minimum 20 references recommended. Any consistent citation style accepted (see below).

Citation Style Policy
Flexible Citation Policy: IJMEER accepts any standard academic citation style. The only requirement is consistency throughout the manuscript — do not mix citation styles within a single paper.
IJMEER accepts any standard academic citation style including APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, Vancouver, IEEE, and others. Authors may use any consistent citation format they are comfortable with. The only requirement is consistency throughout the manuscript — each reference must follow the same chosen format.

Ethical Requirements
Authorship Criteria
All listed authors must have made substantial intellectual contributions. Ghost authorship and guest authorship are strictly not permitted.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must disclose all financial, professional, or personal relationships that could influence their work or interpretation of results.
Data Availability
Authors are encouraged to share datasets via a public repository and include a data availability statement in the manuscript.
Human / Animal Studies
Research involving human participants or animals must have appropriate ethics committee approval. A copy of the approval certificate is required at submission.

Step-by-Step Submission Guide
Prepare Your Manuscript
Ensure your manuscript follows the formatting guidelines above: Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 line spacing, single column. Run a plagiarism check — similarity must be below 15%.
Complete the Submission Form
Click “Open Submission Form” above to access our Google Form. You’ll be asked to provide: paper title, author details, abstract, keywords, subject area, and to upload your manuscript files (Word .docx + PDF).

Receive Acknowledgement
Within 3 business days, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming your submission has been received and is under initial editorial screening.
Peer Review & Decision
Your manuscript enters double-blind peer review. You’ll receive a decision within 4–6 weeks. Decisions include: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject — each with detailed reviewer feedback.
Pay APC & Publication
Pay the Article Processing Charge (₹3,000) before publication via Razorpay. After payment confirmation, your article is typeset and published open-access immediately upon release.

Minor corrections (typos, formatting) can be requested within 30 days of publication. For significant errors, a formal erratum process applies. Contact the editorial team promptly.
