Publishing Agreement
Terms and conditions for authors submitting manuscripts to IJMEER.
By submitting your manuscript to IJMEER, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before submitting.
1. Originality
The author(s) confirm that the submitted manuscript is original work, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration for publication in any other journal or platform. Any previous publication of parts of the work (e.g., as a conference paper) must be clearly disclosed.
2. Copyright License
Upon acceptance, authors grant IJMEER a license to publish the article in print and electronic form. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license, which allows sharing and adaptation for non-commercial purposes with appropriate attribution.
3. Author Rights
Authors retain copyright over their work. They may use their published article for teaching, personal academic use, sharing via institutional repositories, and in subsequent works — provided proper attribution to IJMEER is included.
4. Representations & Warranties
Authors warrant that all data, images, and content within the manuscript are original, or that any third-party material has been properly attributed and necessary permissions obtained. Authors accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the research.
5. Plagiarism Policy
Manuscripts must have a similarity index of 15% or below (UGC compliant threshold). Authors may be required to submit a plagiarism report from Turnitin, iThenticate, or an equivalent tool. Submissions exceeding this threshold will be returned without review.
6. APC Payment
Authors agree to pay the Tiered Article Processing Charge before publication. No other fees are charged for submission or review. Payment must be completed before final publication.
7. Withdrawal Policy
Authors may withdraw their manuscript at any time before acceptance without penalty. Withdrawal after acceptance may incur administrative charges and must be communicated in writing to the editorial office. Withdrawal after publication is not possible; corrections or retractions follow COPE guidelines.
