Congratulations on your acceptance! Here's exactly what happens after your manuscript is accepted for publication in IJMEER.
From payment to online publication typically takes 1—3 weeks once APC payment is confirmed.
Post-Acceptance Steps

Acceptance Letter Issued
You receive an official acceptance letter via email with instructions for next steps. Keep this letter for your records.

APC
Pay the Tiered Article Processing Charge via Razorpay. Payment must be made before publication.

Copyright Agreement
Sign and return the IJMEER Publishing Agreement (Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license). This can be done digitally via email.

Copyediting
Our editorial team performs language editing, reference formatting checks, and consistency review of your manuscript.

Author Proofreading
You receive a final proof for review. This is your last opportunity to catch errors. Response required within 48—72 hours.

Online Publication
Your article goes live on the IJMEER website within the appropriate quarterly issue. You receive the final published PDF and notification.

Indexing & Archiving
Your article is submitted to Google Scholar, DOAJ, CrossRef metadata, and all other databases where IJMEER is indexed.
After Publication
Author Certificate
Receive a signed publication certificate from the Editor-in-Chief, verifying your published article.
Share Your Work
Share your article freely — post on ResearchGate, Academia.edu, social media, and your institution's repository.
Track Citations
Monitor your article's citations and downloads through Google Scholar.
