How It Works
A simple, transparent model built on a non-profit mission.
Authors Pay APC on Acceptance
Researchers whose papers are accepted pay a Tiered Article Processing Charge (starting from ₹2,000) before publication. This sustains the editorial and production process.
APC Surplus Funds Library Access
After editorial, production, and operational costs are covered, the remaining surplus is allocated by Meer Foundation specifically to library empowerment and academic services.
No Cost to Libraries
Libraries register for free and receive institutional access credentials. There is no subscription fee, no renewal fee, and no restrictions — ever.
Open Access for Readers Worldwide
All IJMEER articles are Open Access, meaning any reader anywhere in the world can read, download, and share them freely. Library access provides additional institutional benefits and recognition.
